Why we exist

Most clinics get paid per visit, so they need a lot of visits.

That's not a conspiracy, it's just math — and it's why the doctor was in the room with you for seven minutes. A physician paid per appointment is paid for how many, not how long, and there are only so many hours in a day.

We took ourselves out of that system. thrē is cash-pay and capped at four hundred members, which means nobody here is counting your minutes, because nobody here is paid to.

A lot of people arrive in Northwest Arkansas from Chicago, Dallas, the Bay Area — and find that the care they had back home isn't sold here. Concierge medicine exists in the region, but only in primary care. Never in women's health.
